He has a passion for coaching managers and teams, as well as a reputation for connecting with both senior business and technical leaders. At Kaiser Permanente, Al was the program manager of credit card security and during his time with Robert Half International, he led the team that developed the company intranet and key business applications. In 2009, Al ran a successful Oracle R12 implementation for Bare Escentuals. As a Principal Consultant for The Table Group his clients include CIO’s from; The GAP, Novartis, Hitachi GST and PG&E as well as Senior Technical Teams for NIKE, Verizon Wireless, EMC and Bayer Technology Services.
