As a member of the Enterprise Information Technology Leadership Team he participates in strategy development and technology planning across the spectrum of Monsanto IT. Mr. Koogler joined Monsanto Company in 1973 in the IT field and has held numerous technical and managerial positions of increasing scope and responsibility. He became Global IT Services Management Lead in 2008.
