• Supports information enablement and business transformation efforts throughout the Sisters of Mercy Health System.
• MISD was formed in 2004 to serve Mercy’s growing System Office in St. Louis as well as the System’s nine strategic service units in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
• MISD provides comprehensive IT services and support through the efforts of over 900 co-workers and contractors.
• Leads efforts to integrate IT Services Management (ITSM) into all operations and to ensure that MISD is designing systems, processes, and services to best serve customer needs.
• Will joined Mercy in 2007, having previously served as Chief Information Officer for Fairview Health Services in Minnesota. He holds multiple graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
